It weights how legible the mechanism is and how useful the compound is to actually work with, ahead of how far through clinical development it has travelled, and it lifts the two research areas this library gets read for most: cognition and neuro, and metabolic and endocrine. It indexes what is worth reading. It is not a measure of effect, and says nothing about use in humans.
